Half board
Depending on occupancy, half board is served either as a varied buffet or as a 3-course menu. The buffet includes salads and starters, a selection of main courses and side dishes, as well as desserts and an international selection of cheeses.

Every day from 11.30 a.m. in all our restaurants
Tradition meets creativity: our pâtisserie puts its own unique spin on this much-loved classic of tea culture – inspired by the seasons, artfully composed and featuring a harmonious selection of sweet and savoury specialities.
Served on a tiered stand, we offer:
- A selection of three mini classics (Black Forest gateau, marzipan cake and profiteroles)
- Two homemade scones made to our own recipe, served with clotted cream, bitter orange marmalade and seasonal fruit jam
- A wholemeal sandwich with pastrami, romaine lettuce and white cabbage
- A wholemeal sandwich with smoked salmon, honey and mustard sauce, and rocket
- A classic cucumber and egg sandwich on wheat bread with iceberg lettuce
Drinks included:
- Up to two pots of Ronnefeldt tea of your choice
- Optional: a glass of Lanson Black Label champagne
